Built for use with any standard-size wheelchairs, these scales offer the utmost in comfort for wheelchair-bound patients and long-lasting durability for nursing personnel. Detecto’s 485 incorporates an eye-level physician scale with a detachable ramp, allowing easy movement on and off the platform. The weigh beam is easily read from both sides. The ramp kit (model 3PRAMP) is detachable, allowing the scale to be used as a stand-alone physician scale or may be attached to a Detecto physician scale. 350 lb or 160 kg capacity.

495 Series, Stationary

This heavy-duty stationary wheelchair scale features a detachable ramp for smooth entry and exit. The 495 features a padded handrail for ambulatory patients and Detecto’s world-renowned die-cast, dual-sided, eye-level weigh beam graduated in 4 oz or 100 g increments. The weigh beam is readable from either side. 7550, Wall-Mount Fold-Up

Detecto’s 7550 wall-mount wheelchair scale features a unique fold-up storage design that saves space when not in use. The 7550 easily accommodates most wheelchairs with its spacious 32.3-in W x 33-in D (82-cm W x 84-cm D) platform, and yet requires very little floor space when folded up. The slim 6.6-inch / 17-cm profile takes up minimal space when installed in a medical facility hallway, clinical office, or patient room. When you’re ready to weigh, simply lower the platform and the gas spring lifting mechanism will gently lower it into place. The patient may be easily rolled onto the scale, and a platform lip will hold the wheelchair securely in place for weighing. The large slip-resistant, low-profile platform of Detecto’s FHD scales accommodate walk-on patients, wheelchairs, straight-legged chairs, or walkers. These scales feature a high 1,000 lb / 450 kg capacity with your choice of 36 inch (91 cm) or 48 inch (122 cm) square platforms. The weight indicator provides numeric keypad for entry of wheelchair tare weights, EMR/EHR ready output via serial, USB or optional Ethernet ports to printers or PCs (optional Wi-Fi also available). This scale can only be used for top of floor installations. Please consult factory for pit type installations. 28.5 inch (72 cm) long ramp and 15 ft (4.5 m) indicator cable included.
