CNC Machine Operator (Mills) 7:00am - 3:30pm & 3:30pm - 12:00am
Essential Functions

1. Performs all assigned CNC setup and operation, as well as required shop operations.
2. Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designee.
3. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
4. Regularly performs milling, turning, drilling, tapping, de-burring, sawing and sanding tasks.
5. Performs inspection of machined products, and documents results.
6. Completes and maintains paperwork for parts.
7. Assists in other work areas to perform fabrication, lay-up, infiltration, and may be required to operate multiple machines simultaneously, based on cycle times.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Protective Equipment Required

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., 40 hours per week.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Two (2) years of factory/manufacturing experience with blaster or similar equipment.
